There is not much research available on this. The government (DEA) bans most testing of illegal substances, which is unfortunate from a researcher is perspective.
I am a pharmacist here in the US, so I will tell u what I think would happen. At best, u would not even be able to feel the effects of MDMA while taking Depakote. Depakote basically depresses brain function, & I suspect it would override most of the MDMA is effects.
At worse, it could inhibit the body is ability to metabolize MDMA, resulting in MDMA poisoning. If u r prone to seizures to begin with, MDMA is definitely not the drug to be taking!
So, to sum it up - I would not do it. Your life is not worth a 6 hour roll.

Why would you even go there? Both drugs affect mood and I hazard a guess it would not be pretty to have a medication clash with these two!
